Whole30KS Members 16 Posted July 19, 2017 Today is Day 8 of my Whole 30 and the first day I'm really struggling with the symptoms. My stomach has been all out of whack, I have swollen lymph nodes around my arm pit, a small rash looking area on my stomach, and felt totally out of it today. My workout was one of the worst I've had in a long time.
