I would say a Nightmare Shadow Fredbear. But story wise speaking, due to the Nightmare mode button in the game files of FNaF 4 being listed as "Shadow Freddy", and Fazbear Frights Hide And Seek, I would say it's Shadow Freddy(who is a manifestation from William's evil deeds) with a different form.
