What You Do: Cut cheese into 1 inch sized cubes. In a saucepan, sauté shrimp in butter for approx. 5 minutes or until cooked. In a separate large pot, slowly melt cheese cubes over low heat. Mix in cream of shrimp, tomatoes and chilis and stir thoroughly. Once cheese is fully melted, add in the shrimp and crab meat and heat over low for 5 minutes.

Heat a large skillet to medium heat, then add in your olive oil. Add the bell peppers, onion and mushrooms. Sauté the vegetables for 5-6 minutes until tender.
