Theory about Noro's kagune and abilities. I've seen quite a few theories about what Noro may be and I decided to share what I believe Noro is. I believe that Noro is a rinkaku type ghoul with an excessive amount of RC cells and that has fully developed a strange type of kakuja. From what we've seen, kakujas are mutated kagunes that wrap around.
