The World's Largest Pistachio was finished in 2008 and was built as a tribute to Tom McGinn, whose vision was to grow pistachios in the New Mexico desert. We're easy to find. One of the most popular attractions at Eagle Ranch, is our free farm tour. Tours are given year round Monday through Friday at 1:30 pm, and Memorial Day through Labor Day at 10 am and 1:30 pm. This is a walking tour, wheelchair accessible, and takes about 45 minutes as we go through the various buildings.
