Fruit of choice, sliced (used fresh strawberries, bananas), or jelly. Spread peanut butter on tortilla and place fruit slices on half of the tortilla and fold in half. If heating place in a large skillet, on the grill, or on a griddle heated on medium heat. If cooking on the campfire wrap in tin foil and place in an indirect heat area.


PB&J Quesadillas

Instructions. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Spread 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter over each tortilla. Top half of each tortilla with ⅓ cup sliced strawberries, crowding the berries very closely together. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon coconut over berries. Fold the tortillas in half.

Heat a skillet over medium and add the butter. (If you are not using butter, then skip the butter and wait for the skillet to heat up) Apply the peanut butter and jelly to one side of your tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the skillet. In the skillet, place folded tortilla and heat 2 minutes on each side until lightly brown.

Grilled PB&J Quesadilla

Spread peanut butter on one of the slices of bread. Spread strawberry jelly on the other slice. Then, stick the sandwich together and then give each side of the bread that will be grilled a spritz of cooking spray. Place the sandwich on the skillet and hear it sizzle. Let the first side get golden brown before flipping.

Over medium heat, preheat a skillet or pan that's large enough for your tortilla.

Directions. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter onto each tortilla. Top one tortilla with banana slices, then cover with remaining tortilla, peanut butter-side down. Spray cooking spray into a skillet and heat over medium heat. Place quesadilla into the hot skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side. Cut in half to serve.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter evenly over each tortilla. Arrange both the banana and strawberry slices over one tortilla, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and add chocolate chips if using. Top with the remaining tortilla, peanut butter side down. Press gently to help them stick together.

Instructions. Heat a griddle or large pan to medium to medium high heat. Warm each tortilla in pan about 15 seconds per side. Let tortillas cool, then apply a layer of nut butter to one tortilla, and a layer of jelly to another. Place the two tortillas together (jelly and nut butter sides combined), and refrigerate til the filling firms up a bit.

Steps. 1. Spread peanut butter on one half of the tortilla and jelly on the other. Fold over to sandwich it. 2. You can serve the quesadilla cold or heat it for about 3 minutes per side. If you heat it though, be sure to check the temperature of the jelly before serving.

Spread peanut butter on the tortilla and fruit spread on the other tortilla. Arrange the tortillas, fruit spread side down facing the peanut butter just like a sandwich. Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and place the quesadilla. Cover and cook on both the sides, each side for 3 minutes approximately until crispy.

Step 3: Cook It! Time to cook 'em'. -fold in half. -lay on cooking implement. -cook on medium/medium high heat until it starts turning toasty brown.this took 4 minutes on our 'presto pizza pizzazz'. Cut into four pieces, let cool until room temperature and serve with a little dish of vanilla Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
