Awesome Customer Service. Just got our pan and have only used it once and love it, but very small sample size. However, I'll say the customer service for Our Place has been nothing short of spectacular. The color we received wasn't really the color we saw in the photos, and Our Place immediately told us to send it back and they'll replace.
