July is National Ice Cream Month (Infographic) Farm and Dairy

Fit ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish tightly against each other (I did 4 rows of 3 sandwiches length-wise). Warm hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 15 seconds and pour evenly over sandwiches. Warm caramel topping 15 seconds and pour evenly over hot fudge sauce. Spread thawed Cool Whip over cake and decorate with sprinkles.

Once the ice cream was ready, I lined one of the 8 inch cake pans with plastic wrap, leaving enough overhang to cover the ice cream. I allowed the ice cream to freeze solid (overnight). When I was ready to assemble, I unwrapped the ice cream, and placed a cake layer right on top, flipped it over, and that became my bottom cake layer.

Instructions. Simply whip your whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then slowly pour in your sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and any mix in's until combined (about 45 seconds). In a mixing bowl combine the graham crackers crumbs and brown sugar, mix with a fork until the brown sugar is incorporated into the graham crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the crumbs, mixing until combined. Add in the red, white and blue sprinkles, stirring again. Press this mixture evenly into a 9 or 10 inch pie pan.
