We started with 4 kinds of quality olive oil brought to our table. The appetizer of mozzarella and tomatoes was so incredibly fresh and was a delight to eat. I wanted to try a simple spaghetti with tomato and basil while in Italy, and the dish.

Quando abbiamo aperto l'Osteria di Casa Chianti abbiamo deciso che tutti i dolci dovevano essere fatti in casa, utilizzando la farina macinata a pietra, le uova vere e gli aromatizzanti naturali. Da qui sono nati dei dolci storici come la crostata di limone, la delizia di cioccolata ed il tiramisù scuola pavesino.
