The Castle of Graines is a castle in Val d'Ayas, located near the village with the same name in the municipality of Brusson, Aosta Valley, northern Italy . It occupies the summit of a rocky spur which commands Brusson and most of the Val d'Ayas.

The Graines castle is situated in the middle of the Ayas Valley and it is a typical defensive structure built during the 11th century. A first castle was built by the Saint Maurice d'Agaune Abbey and then enfeoffed in 1263 to the Challant's family. During 15th century the castle was fortified by Caterina of Challant and Pierre d'Introd.

The ancient building still shows the remains of the east-facing minor Romanesque church, dedicated to Saint Martin and its boundary walls on either side of the nave. It used to connect with the adjacent Bonot Tower and the Villa Castle in Challand-Saint-Victor via flag or mirror communications during the Middle Ages.
