DIRECTIONS: In a large pot over medium heat, warm oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Whisk in water. Add tomatoes and baking soda, stir, bring to a boil over high heat then reduce to a simmer. Let cook until thickened, about 40 minutes. Add cream and cheeses. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
