CITY OF FREDERICK - FCAA SOUP KITCHEN The City of Frederick - FCAA Soup Kitchen Program has been in continuous operation by the Frederick Community Action Agency (FCAA) since 1984. The Program provides an evening meal, seven nights a week from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. to anyone in need of a hot, nutritious meal serving up to 110 people a night and more than 25,000 meals annually.
