Great staff, very friendly staff. My wife had an injury at the colloseum in rome, and it got infected. Anna Maria at the front desk helped us get a doctor who showed up within the hour at the hotel (€150) he gave her a prescription and we picked up the meds at the nearest pharmacy on the spot!
